Overview

timb is a personal finance app built around a simple principle: your data belongs to you. We do not sell, share, or monetize your financial information in any way.

What we collect

timb syncs your budgets, transactions, expenses, and credit card data to Yuken Studios' servers over HTTPS. We store only the data necessary to provide the service — no additional personal information is collected. Your data is never sold, shared with, or disclosed to any third party.

Permissions we request

Brokerage integration

If you connect a brokerage account, timb communicates with the brokerage API through Yuken Studios' servers. OAuth tokens are stored securely on our servers and are used solely to provide the integration. We never access your brokerage account for any purpose other than displaying your data within the app.

Third-party services

timb does not integrate any analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. We use Apple's standard notification APIs only.

Data storage & security

Financial data is stored locally on your device and synced to Yuken Studios' servers over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain via Secure Store. Our servers are access-controlled and regularly maintained to protect your data.

Children's privacy

timb is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we ever change our data practices, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
